The team won their fourth regional title and won their first two games of the World Tournament to finish as a quarterfinalist.

Outfielder Dena Kuczo was a first-team All-America. The Brakettes finished with a 26-12 record, which saw them also finish as runner-up in the National Girls' Softball League.
