Brakettes Season Tickets on Sale... New $10 Junior Summer Pass to Help Youth Leagues

May 12, 2008 - With Opening Night less than a month away, Stratford Brakettes 2008 season tickets are now on sale. The defending 28-time National ASA Champions will have at least 25 home dates this summer at Frank DeLuca Hall of Fame Field, as they take the field for their 62nd season. Season ticket packages do NOT include the July 20th game against the USA Olympic Team.

With many of last year's key players returning again this season for Manager John Stratton, the Brakettes will be the favorites to make it three titles in a row and six in the last seven years when the 2008 Women's Major Championships begin August 7th in Buffalo, NY.

"Without a major sponsor for the first time in team history, we are depending heavily on the sale of season tickets as well as our other fund-raising promotions," said General Manager Bob Baird. "Our season ticket packages offer fans great savings for a summer of fun at the ballpark."

Stadium box seats, which are located directly behind home plate, are available for $130 for the season. Included in this ticket package is a reserved parking space. The reserved seats with back rests, found behind the box seats, are $100 for the season, while both 1st and 3rd base bleacher seats are $80 for the summer.

The newest addition to the Brakettes' Season Ticket packages is the $10 Junior Summer Pass, available for any and all fans under 18. Youth league softball players can also help out their own league by purchasing the Junior Summer Pass, as $2 from each ticket will be given back to their respective league. In order to ensure the $2 is given to the correct league, the name of the softball league must be written on the ticket request form.
