Free Brakettes Games For Youth Leaguers In Jerseys All Summer!!!

June 1, 2007 - The Brakettes are now offering FREE admission to all youth league softball players wearing their team jerseys for the entire 2007 season!

The response by youth league softball players on Opening Day was so positive that Brakettes Management felt compelled to look into the idea for the whole season. General Manager Bob Baird announced the promotion Thursday, "This is just another step towards developing youth softball in Connecticut and surrounding areas. We want to see the sport continue to grow, and this will allow every aspiring softball star the opportunity to see top-notch fastpitch action for FREE!"

Youth league players must wear their team jersey for FREE admission, and must be accompanied by an adult. Group tickets are available for accompanying friends and family members. To allow for guaranteed seating for groups, please call or e-mail ahead to reserve tickets. Promotional rate applies to 1st and 3rd Base Bleachers Seats only.

Brakettes outfielder Denise Denis was excited to hear about the promotion, "This is a great move for us. We do this all for the love of the game, the future of the game. It's all about the kids who come in and make the ballpark more energetic. We are just happy to have such great support from the softball stars of the future."
