CONNECTICUT BRAKETTES OFFER SEASON TICKET PACKAGES
April 8, 2006 - The Connecticut Brakettes, the newest member of the National Pro Fastpitch league, have announced that season ticket packages are now on sale for their 2006 home games at Frank DeLuca Hall of Fame Field in Stratford. The first-year NPF team has a variety of ticket plans available as well as fund-raising opportunities for teams, leagues and organizations. Season ticket prices are $180 for stadium box seats, $150 for reserved seats with back rests and $125 for bleacher seats. DeLuca Field has 150 stadium box seats and 224 reserved seats with backrests in the section located behind home plate. In addition, there are 1,232 bleacher seats on the first and third base lines. The Connecticut Brakettes will play 32 NPF home games (30 playing dates) plus four exhibition games. The season pass is also good for admission to the 36 home games of the Stratford Brakettes, the organizations womens major amateur team. Stadium box seat season ticket holders will be assured of their own reserved parking spot in the DeLuca Field main lot and food service without leaving their seat. They also receive a ticket to the teams annual picnic, the Connecticut Brakettes Gold Card (discount card), and a team picture. Reserved seat season ticket holders receive a ticket to the picnic, the Gold Card and a team picture, while bleacher seat season ticket holders get the Gold Card and team picture. If youre a softball fan, you cant beat the season ticket package, said General Manager Bob Baird. Where else could you spend a summer vacation so inexpensively? Connecticut Brakettes individual game tickets are priced at $10 for stadium box seats, $8 for reserved seats and $6 for bleacher seats. DeLuca Field also has 400 general admission seats priced at $5 per game. The Connecticut Brakettes offer group sale benefits and special fund-raising opportunities for teams, leagues and organization for bleacher seating. Groups must purchase at least 50 seats for $6 each and they will receive $2 back for each ticket sold.
