 Sadly, we lost former Brakette Rosemary "Micki' Stratton September 7, 2018. She was the wife of Brakettes Manager John Stratton.
Micki played for the Raybestos Brakettes from 1956-1965 and was a vital part of the team's first ASA National Championship team in 1958. She was a left-handed hittng catcher who was a 3-time team batting champion and 7-time national all-star. She was the first Brakette inducted into the National ASA Hall of Fame. She retired from softball following the 1965 tournament.
Micki will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
