Brakettes 2010 Opening Weekend: All Youth League Players In Uniform Get In Free!!!

May 20, 2010 - The Stratford Brakettes will open their 2010 season on Friday, June 4th at 7 PM, with a doubleheader against the Newtown Rock, at DeLuca Hall of Fame Field in Stratford. The Brakettes and the Rock, one of the top fastpitch teams in Pennsylvania, will also play two games on Saturday night, June 5th, at 7:00, and a Sunday afternoon doubleheader, starting at 12 noon.

Group Seating Reservations are available for interested leagues and teams that would prefer to sit in the same section. All youth league softball players wearing their team's jersey will be admitted absolutely free!!! .

The Brakettes will be led by several returning Brakette veterans, including Denise Denis, Mandie Fishback, and Ashley Waters. Manager John Stratton returns for his 33rd year with the Brakettes, and General Manager Bob Baird is back for his 23rd season with the club. Coaches Rich Roessner and Jay Stratton will return, as well.

The Brakettes will again host their annual youth clinic series this summer in Stratford, and more information will soon follow.
