Megan started all but one game for Eastern Connecticut in 2018, batting .283 while providing a solid backstop behind home plate. Hodgdon, who smacked eight doubles this year, will be entering her junior year this fall at Eastern. Megan smacked her first homer as a Brakette during the 2017 season, and will be a regular for the club in 2018. Hodgdon batted .400 as a senior at Cheshire High School in 2016, as the Rams went 27-0 and won the Connecticut State Championship.
