Jenna Lopez was a member of the Puerto Rico National Team last summer that just missed qualifying for the China Olympics, losing to Venezuela in the finals. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where she started four years for the Owls, Jenna brings a solid left-handed bat and blazing speed to the Brakettes. She is expected to be one of the team’s starting outfielders. While she didn’t hit for a high average at FAU, Lopez came through with plenty of timely hits as she earned All-Sun Conference laurels for two years.
