Mouse enters her sixth season as the Brakettes starting third-baseman. A stellar glove and loud presence in the infield, Jess has anchored the hot corner with unbelievable consistency. Mouse attended LSU where she earned a starting position her freshman year and kept it throughout her entire career for the Tigers. Named captain her sophomore and junior seasons, Jess lead by example racking up a spot on the All-SEC Defensive team her junior year. She not only excelled on the field but also in the classroom earning a spot on the SEC Academic Honor Roll all four years. Unfortunately forced to redshirt her senior season due to injury, Jessica transferred to USF to finish her collegiate career in Tampa. She went on to lead the Bulls to their first ever Women’s College World Series appearance.
