Whitney Canion joins the Brakettes for her rookie season. An injury to her throwing arm forced her to sit out the Baylor Bears’ 2010 season. As a freshman in 2009, Whitney’s stellar pitching rewrote the Baylor softball record books and earned her numerous honors, including Big 12 Pitcher of the year and the 3rd national ranking in strikeouts (415).
