Position: C/DH Bats: R Throws: R College: Central Connecticut Resides: Bellefonte, PA Hannah Cooper put together a huge rookie year for the Brakettes, both behind the plate and at bat. . . Her defense was flawless, handling 254 chances without a miscue, including throwing out 11 runners attempting to steal. . . Offensively, she hit .421 with a 40-for-95 performance that included nine doubles, one home run, and 30 RBI. . . The Central Connecticut State University graduate, who hit .268 with 13 career home runs, was a four-year standout at Bellefonte Area High School, helping her team to four District VI titles and the 2010 state crown. She was a three-time All-State player.
