Carly Normandin enters the 2011 season with huge expectations, thanks to her historic 2010 performance. She took home the batting crown with a ridiculous .530 avg., while hitting 10 HRs and driving in 50 runs. She also contributed 19 doubles and six triples, while impressing every step of the way in the field, as well. Normandin made her debut as a Brakette in 2009, hitting .434 with six homers and 41 RBIs. As a senior outfielder for UMASS, Carly led the team and the Atlantic 10 Conference with a batting average of .400, hit 5 HRs, and stole 13 bases in 14 attempts, after an injury sidelined her for much of the early season.
