Ali makes her debut for the Brakettes in 2018, joining a growing list of Connecticut talent to star in Stratford. Dubois enjoyed a breakthrough freshman year in 2018 at Boston University, as she won a school-record 28 games. She struck out 192 batters in 225.2 innings, and posted a 2.02 ERA. Dubois was named both the Patriot Rookie of the Year and Pitcher of the Year in 2018, as well as the ECAC Rookie of the Year, while also being selected to the NFCA All-Region First Team. Ali previously starred locally at Torrington (CT) High School.
