When she played six games for Manager John Stratton's club in 2019, it marked the first time a high school junior had played for the Brakettes since Ellen Tomasiewicz of Weston High School in 1977. She got a full season with the Junior team last year and she responded with a .316 batting average. Charlee's five home runs ranked third on the team and she chipped in with 20 RBI. Before joining the Brakettes she enjoyed a heralded career at St. Joseph High School, leading the Cadets to the state's No. 1 ranking with a 20-0 regular season as a junior in 2019. The Stamford native hit .466 with eight home runs and 29 RBI and a .891 slugging percentage. An honor student, Charlee transferred from Fairfield University and is starting anew at the JUCO softball powerhouse Weatherford, TX, College.
