Tiffany Diao enjoyed a solid scholastic career at Notre Dame-Fairfield, where she divided her time between pitching and infield. She was selected to the South-West Conference All-Patriot division team in 2018 and she earned four varsity letters for the Lancers. She was chosen the team's MVP as a sophomore. She earned a spot in starting rotation for Delaware State this spring.
