Katie Sciglimpaglia earned the starting shortstop job at St. Peter's College early in the season and never relinquished it. The slick-fielding graduate of Norwalk High, where she led the team to a 14-7 record in 2018, was one of four starting freshmen for the Peacocks. Twice named to the All-FCIAC first team, she impressed Peacocks Coach Chris Stelma with her bat and defensive prowess.
