Gabby Laconna, a former Westhill High All-Stater, enters her third year with the Brakettes. During last year's championship season Laccona hit .412 with three home runs and 24 RBI, splitting her time between shortstop and left field. Gabby's Ithaca College team was host for an NCAA D-3 Regional tournament this year. As a freshman she was the Liberty League's Rookie of the Year and hit .331 when Ithaca finished third in the College World Series.
