Nicole Williams sustained a torn ACL last fall and it all but ruined her junior year at Manhattan. Despite working hard in rehab, Nicole didn't appear in a game until late April. Hopefully she will be able to see action this summer, her third season with the Brakettes. Her career record stands at 17-1 with 105 strikeouts in 108 innings. A shoulder injury hindered the 2018 season as she appeared in only nine games, going 6-0 with a 2.47 ERA. The Ansonia native enjoyed a superb high school career at St. Joseph in Trumbull and she was first team All-State twice.
