In her three-year career with the Stratford Brakettes, Killian Roessner has put up solid offensive numbers, highlighted by her monster 2006 season when she won the team batting title with a .462 average. A member of two ASA championship teams, Roessner was a First Team All-America last summer. She continued her torrid pace at Louisiana State this spring, culminating with her selection as a First Team Louisville Slugger/NFCA and Easton All-America. While leading the Lady Tigers to a berth in the Super Regionals and a 55-10 overall record, Roessner hit .354 with six home runs, 23 runs scored and 36 RBI. She had the game-winning RBI in six different games, while her 10 consecutive hits at one point during the season was the third longest mark in NCAA history. Roessner earned three letters in softball at Lawrenceville Prep School before transferring to Wall High School. She was a three-time All-State selection.
