Amber Radomski has been living the dream of a lifetime playing for the National Champion Stratford Brakettes. This is her third year on the roster and she makes the most of every minute on the field. She had come to games since she was a youngster growing up in nearby Easton, eventually becoming the teams bat girl for several years. In 64 games the past two years Radomski has hit a solid .303 with 31 RBI in addition to solid defensive play. She enjoyed a successful high school career at Joel Barlow, where she set several school pitching and hitting records. She moved on to American International College in Springfield, MA, and played four years of softball. Before finally realizing her goal of playing for the Brakettes, Amber played several years for the Connecticut Classics and was a key player on their 2001 National 23-and-Under championship team, when it was sponsored by the Brakettes softball organization. She plays infield, outfield, and catches.
