Possessing blistering speed and a solid bat in the lineup, Emma Larke is one of eight Junior Brakettes to make the jump up to the Stratford Brakettes. Emma is a starting sophomore outfielder at the University of Maine, where she hit .286 in the abbreviated spring season. A 2019 Lauralton Hall grad, who resides in Shelton, Larke compiled a memorable season for the Junior Brakettes with a .313 batting average (30-for-96) with 10 RBI and 18 runs scored. She earned All-South West Conference and All-State laurels at Lauralton and she finished with 100-plus career hits. She is majoring in marketing.
